Welcome to BoxsTopAir ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website at BoxsTopAir.com and purchasing any Services, Infoproducts, or Goods, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Services
BoxsTopAir offers a suite of digital tools, customizable support sessions, and technical assistance ("Services"). Specific details and deliverables are provided at the time of purchase.
1.1 Scheduling and Delivery
Appointments for Services are arranged via our Contact Us form. You will receive confirmation at the email address provided. We strive to meet scheduled dates and times, subject to availability.
1.2 Fees and Rescheduling
Full payment is required prior to accessing any Service. You may reschedule a Service appointment without penalty if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requested less than 48 hours before the session may incur a fee equal to 50% of the original charge.
1.3 Refunds for Services
Live, interactive sessions are non-refundable once delivered. If we are unable to provide a scheduled session, you may choose to reschedule without additional charge or receive a full reimbursement of the amount paid for that session. Reimbursements are processed within 10 business days via the original payment method or as account credit, at your choice.
2. Digital Products
BoxsTopAir provides downloadable materials, templates, and guides ("Infoproducts").
2.1 License
Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Infoproduct for personal or internal business purposes only.
2.2 Delivery
Infoproducts are available for immediate download after purchase confirmation.
2.3 Refunds for Digital Products
Due to the immediate access provided, all Infoproduct sales are final. If technical issues prevent download or access, contact us within 7 days of purchase for troubleshooting or possible reimbursement at our discretion.
3. Physical Goods
We may offer branded merchandise or hardware components ("Goods").
3.1 Shipping and Handling
Goods are shipped from our facility in Toronto, Canada. Shipping fees are non-refundable and vary by region.
3.2 Returns and Reimbursements
You may return unopened Goods within 14 days of delivery by contacting us via Contact Us. You are responsible for return shipping to:

Upon receipt and inspection, we will reimburse the product price via the original payment method within 15 business days. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed based on the nature of your purchase:
- Services: See Section 1.3
- Digital Products: See Section 2.3
- Physical Goods: See Section 3.2
4.2 Method of Reimbursement
Approved refunds are issued via the original payment method. Alternatively, you may elect to receive account credit equal to the approved amount.
4.3 Processing Time
Reimbursements are processed within 10 to 15 business days after approval.
4.4 Account Credit
Account credit remains valid for one year from issuance and may be applied to any BoxsTopAir offering.
4.5 Denial of Refunds
Requests that do not meet the criteria in Sections 1, 2, or 3 will be denied. In such cases, we will provide a written explanation via email.
5. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of our website or Services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
